MEETINGS General Membership Meetings are held the last Wednesday of every month at 9 AM at Kelly's Restaurant in Nags Head. Members are required to attend a minimum of six meetings per year either in person or via proxy. To download the proxy form, CLICK HERE. You may designate your proxy to a representative of your company or another OBWA member. Those holding your proxy should bring this form with them to the meeting and present to the Secretary of the Association. Your proxy may cast one vote per paid membership on your behalf. |
